Wyoming moving company rules
Wyoming has no mover-specific license. A company that hauls property it does not own for pay within Wyoming is a contract motor carrier and needs Wyoming Operating Authority from the Wyoming Department of Transportation. Household goods carriers must have liability and cargo insurance filings on record with WYDOT.

- Contract motor carriers must carry uniform bills of lading listing all property transported and give copies to the shipper and the receiver.
